How to have several contracts signed at once with SELL&SIGN with the Bundle functionality?
Bundle: what is it for?
Very simply, the bundle allows your customers to sign several contracts at once in order to avoid repetitive signature processes. This SELL & SIGN function is mainly useful for having documents signed remotely, as it makes it possible to validate several documents in a single manipulation for the signatories. Thanks to the bundles, you simplify the multi-contractualization of your customers and increase your sales. You also ensure that all the documents in a file are well signed and compliant.
Bundle: in practice
To begin with, the user should complete the standard process for creating a contract in SELL & SIGN. When you send your first contract to your signatory, you can then create a bundle to add other documents to be signed in the same file.
By creating your package, you have the option of adding a contract.
Once this has been done, select the model of contract you want to sign in addition to the first. You can freely determine the signatories of each of the contracts present in the package. SELL & SIGN will take care of sorting and automatically presenting the right documents to the right signatories! As with any document signed in SELL & SIGN, you can combine the signature modes for the signatory (ies). After adding all the documents ready to be signed to your package, you get a summary of the contracts included.
Each signatory will receive a single email to validate all of the contracts that concern them. He will therefore have to come back to each of the documents to read them before being able to sign electronically. As with any remote signature, your signatory will receive a single-use code to sign all of the documents.
On the user side, it is possible to follow the contracts present in the package independently. Indeed, you can access the details of the signing process for each of them, or validate them separately. To allow you to follow the entire package, you can find it in your Back Office at any time. For more details on this function, we offer a tutorial to understand in 2 minutes 30 and make your own bundles tomorrow.
