Upward synchronization:Once the transaction is signed face to face in offline mode, you now want to forward the information.
When you find the network, a window in the application will offer to synchronize.

Complete" button: allows you to do a complete synchronization that resets all the data
(of the course, of the customer base, and of the contracts).

D - "
Clean" button: allows you to delete the current offline contracts.
Special case: When you have several licenses and you want to switch from an A license to a B license on the mobile application. We strongly recommend that you do a "
full upward synchronization" in order to back up and save all your contracts.
What you should remember: It is possible to start a contract face to face offline and to finish it once the network is found; in the same way as it is possible to prepare beforehand a contract at the office then make it accessible by checking on "
make available offline" for a delayed signature face to face without network or then it is possible to initiate a transaction completely in offline mode.
