How to change the SELL&SIGN license (company)?

With SELL&SIGN, your user account can be registered simultaneously in several "licenses".

What is a SELL & SIGN license?
A SELL & SIGN license represents an independent environment. Each company equipped with SELL&SIGN is allocated one (sometimes several) license (s), each grouping together the contractual activity of a legal entity.Licenses are not there to partition the activity in the same entity, it is the role of the perimeters.

The user accounts associated with the license are:
  1. Employees of the company owning the license who are authorized to use SELL&SIGN
  2. Signers to contracts initiated by the company via SELL&SIGN
Why can a user account be in multiple licenses?
A user account can be associated with several licenses in several cases:

1. A signer may have to sign via SELL&SIGN contracts with several partners. It will then be associated with each of their licenses.
2. A signer in one license can be a user (to sign) in another license.
3. A user can be in several licenses if a company or a group of companies has decided to have several licenses (and therefore several counter-signatures: one per license)
4. Finally, a user can work for several independent companies, all of which use SELL&SIGN to have their contracts signed.

How do I see the licenses I belong to and change the license?
Nothing's easier :

1. Connect to your SELL&SIGN backoffice
2. Go to the "User" menu at the top right
3. If (and only if) your account is associated with several licenses, the first option in this menu indicates the license in use and allows you to change.
4. By clicking on this option, a window shows you all your licenses. Click on the desired license to change and go to manage the contracts of another license.

How to change the license on the SELL&SIGN mobile app?
When you connect to the SELL&SIGN mobile application, synchronization will automatically take place on the last license you worked on in your backoffice. You can see which license you are connected to from the "Settings" menu of the application.

To change the license of the mobile application, you must therefore:
1. Log out in the mobile application via the "Settings" menu
2. From your backoffice, choose the license you want to work on from the "User" menu by following the procedure above.
3. Reconnect to the mobile application with your account. Full synchronization will therefore be launched on the new license.
