How long does it take for SELL&SIGN transactions to be automatically abandoned?
After a configurable delay, SELL&SIGN transactions are automatically abandoned if they have not been signed and / or validated. This period is by default 60 days, but it is possible to modify this value. To do this, you can open a ticket and request it.
If a signer clicks on the signature link after this period, he will no longer be able to sign the document. Likewise, if the signers have signed but the contract has not been validated from the SELL&SIGN back office within this period, the contract will be canceled and the signatures of the signers will be invalidated.
