What is the Enterprise SELL&SIGN version for?

The Enterprise Version is a Premium option from SELL&SIGN.

It has been designed to allow you to delimit your contractual activity according to defined perimeters (by salesperson, by document model, by sectors, by geographic area, by business units, by resellers ...). Without limits !

This will allow you to manage your contractual activity in complete confidentiality according to the breakdown made. A real advantage so that everyone can have their own personalized vision.

How does it work with SELL & SIGN?

1. Log in with a License Administrator account

2. In the SELL & SIGN backoffice, go to the user menu (top right) and click on "Settings"

3. Once in the Enterprise Administrator area, you see the number of active and total user licenses for your license, the expiration date of your license.

You can add a new user and assign them a role, or you can search for a user. And especially :

    Manage user rights and perimeters;
    Manage your own perimeters according to your activities;
    Manage your editable columns and "flags" in the back office.

The perimeters

How to create or edit a perimeter?

- Click on the "new perimeter" button to create a new perimeter or on the "pen icon", on the right, to edit an existing perimeter.

- Fill in the name of the perimeter and its description (optional)

- Then specify:

      1.1. For users: all users who are part of scope A, B or C ... will only have access to the list of clients and types of contracts present in this scope. A contract is always linked to a client. They only see the transactions associated with the customers they can see.

      1.2. For customers: delimitation of the visibility of contracts attached to this customer according to its scope

    Please note: when customers were created before the Enterprise version was implemented, they do not have a specific scope. It will then be necessary to plan to modify their customer file before initiating a new contract.

      1.3. For types of contracts.

Please note: when you create a contract on a client attached to several perimeters, all users sharing at least one of these perimeters will see this contract.

- Click on the "Validate" button

NB: When a customer or a model contract is not associated with any perimeter, it is visible to everyone.

When a user creates a client, this client inherits by default all the perimeters of the user. Users with the "Front user manager" role can modify the perimeters associated with customers on the customer file.



What could be better than a practical case to see more clearly!

 The users :

- User # 1: Mr. DUPONT has access to the perimeters A (Ile de France) and B (PACA),
- User # 2: Mrs. DURAND has access to areas A (Île de France) and C (Brittany)

Customers :

- The client Monsieur TOURNIER is attached to perimeter B (PACA)
- The client Madame FIORE is attached to perimeter C (Brittany)

Types of contracts:

- The "studio" sales mandate is available for all areas (A, B, C)
- The “with swimming pool” sales mandate is only available in perimeter B (PACA)
- The “longère” sale mandate is only available in the C perimeter (Brittany)

-> The user # 1 of SELL & SIGN, Mr. DUPONT will only see the customer Mr. TOURNIER and the types of contracts "Pool" sale mandate present in perimeter B (PACA) and "Studio" sale mandate present in all perimeters .

-> User # 2 of SELL & SIGN, Madame DURAND will only see the client Madame FIORE and the types of contracts "Longère" sale mandate present in the C perimeter (Brittany) and "Studio" sale mandate present in all the perimeters .
